Q: What is this store's return and exchange policy?

We want you to be happy with your product! For regular non-clearance products: Faded xx Clothing will provide a free exchange or issue a full refund for all non-clearance items received within 30 days (20 days for shoes) of when the items were shipped, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects. For exchanges, you may still return the item within 30 days of when you received the exchanged item. Overnight shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion. For Clearance products: All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash refund. In store credit refund option only available at our discretion. Size exchanges available only for exact product types. Clearance items must be exchanged or returned within 10 days of when you received the product. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Q: Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes we ship nationally & internationally.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

It takes anywhere from 1-5 business days to get your product made/packaged until it ships. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 15 and 25 business days. Our shoes may take slightly longer to ship depending on your location.

Faded xx Clothing's checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, we have all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

Where is the store based or products made?

We are serviced online only so we don't have a physical store location. Our design managers reside in Miami, FL.
Our clothing is printed in the U.S. and shipped from our partner facility in Charlotte, North Carolina.
If ordering internationally our products are printed and shipped from our partner facility in Riga, Latvia.
Our shoes are handmade and shipped from our partner facility in Le Marche, Italy.

If your total cart is:
<$8 = FREE SHIPPING
$8 - $14 = $3 SHIPPING
$14 - $60 = $5 SHIPPING
$60 - $75 = $8 SHIPPING
$75+ = FREE SHIPPING
 
For International orders
If your total cart is:
<$10 = $5 SHIPPING
$10 - 150 = $15 SHIPPING
$150+ = $25 SHIPPING
 
All orders shipped with United States Postal Service with shipment tracking info that will be emailed to you after shipment.
